We are hosting our annual Mother Bear KAL starting June 1, and ending on August 31, 2018.  Any bears you have knit or crocheted in 2018 are eligible to be entered for prizes. If you want more information about the Mother Bear Project, please go here.  Don't have a pattern?  Please go here to order a pattern!  It will be sent via US mail with a very short turn-around time.  Our FO thread is here - please post a separate photo for each bear you make!  And thank you to our wonderful listeners and vendor friends for donating prizes for the KAL.

Prison’s not supposed to be a cakeride - but your knitting can! Heidi of Undead Yarn took up the challenge to create a colorway based on my slip of the tongue, and she’s giving away a skein of this beautiful fingering weight yarn!  The base in Vamphyri, Undead’s lovely 75% Merino/25% Nylon sock yarn with 462 yards per skein. To enter the drawing, please leave a comment on this thread telling us about a favorite colorway name you’ve seen or worked with, or a colorway name you’ve thought up yourself. The thread will close August 15, and we will draw for a winner in the next podcast.
